StudyFlow stores tasks, notes, goals, calendar events, courses, exams, preferences, attachment metadata, and uploaded files needed to run your workspace. Do not add content you do not have the right to store.

Private workspace routes require Clerk-backed authentication. Access may be allowlist-restricted during launch hardening.

You can download a copy of your workspace data or request deletion from Settings. Deletion asks the server to remove workspace records and uploaded attachment files.

StudyFlow records limited operational diagnostics for errors, sync failures, rate limits, and attachment failures so the service can be supported. Diagnostic events avoid workspace content and secrets.
