Privacy

StudyFlow uses Clerk for authentication, Supabase Postgres for workspace snapshots, Supabase Storage for note attachments, and browser storage as a local cache after cloud sync is connected.

Data Stored

The app stores tasks, notes, goals, calendar events, courses, exams, preferences, attachment metadata, and uploaded attachment files. Do not upload content you do not have the right to store.

Access

Access requires Clerk sign-in. Temporary allowlists may be used during launch hardening. StudyFlow does not ask for passwords and does not store Clerk credentials.

Control

You can download a copy of your workspace data, use self-serve deletion for StudyFlow workspace data, or delete your StudyFlow account from Settings. Deleting an account also removes StudyFlow workspace records and uploaded attachment files.

Diagnostics

StudyFlow records limited operational diagnostics for errors, sync failures, rate limits, and attachment failures so the service can be supported. Diagnostic events avoid workspace content and secrets.
